SUPPORT THROUGH THE NIGHT

Night Supervision

A familiar home.
A thoughtful overnight plan.
Explore overnight support built around your assessed needs, personal routines, and preferences.

Respecting your space, your choices, and your familiar routines.

COMFORT IN YOUR OWN HOME

Support that fits
your night.

Night supervision provides overnight assistance and supervision in a person’s own home when an assessment identifies a need for this support.

At Alliance, the conversation starts with you: what happens during the night, where help is needed, and how support can respect your privacy and preferred routines.

Personal routines

Assistance with agreed personal-care and daily-living tasks when support is needed overnight.

Everyday living

Help with essential household activities identified in the overnight support plan.

Consistent guidance

Reinforcement of existing skill-development supports, guided by your plan.

Individual support

Implementation of approved positive-support and transition plans.

A CLEAR PLAN, TOGETHER

From your needs
to your next step.

Families and care coordinators are welcome in the conversation. The individual’s choices stay at its center.

01 / SHARE

Tell us about your nights

Describe when you wake, the tasks you need help with, and any routines that make support feel comfortable.

02 / REVIEW

Review the support needed

Your case manager can review your assessment, eligibility, and service authorization. Awake or asleep staffing depends on assessed needs.

03 / PLAN

Discuss a practical fit

Talk with Alliance about current availability, the agreed schedule, staff responsibilities, and how the plan will be reviewed.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR NEEDS

A more supported night
starts with a conversation.

Reach out for yourself, a loved one, or someone you coordinate care for. We can discuss the service and the next steps for a referral.

Night supervision is based on an assessed overnight need. Eligibility, authorization, staffing arrangements, and service availability must be confirmed before services begin.
