YOUR GOALS. YOUR ROUTINES. YOUR WAY.

Individualized Home Supports

Everyday support that starts with the life you want to lead.

A PERSONAL APPROACH TO EVERYDAY LIFE

Make room for
more independence.

Individualized home supports (IHS) provide support and/or training for people living in their own home or family home.

Your routines, preferences, and goals shape the conversation. Tell Alliance what you want to keep doing, what feels challenging, and where a little support could make a meaningful difference.

Talk about your goals ↗

A conversation about your priorities is a good place to begin.
